BJ77 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees on standard PKR withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. BJ77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that appears to involve fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. If a transaction is refused, BJ77 will notify you and, where permitted, explain the reason. Balances resulting from refused transactions will be returned to the original payment source.
Complete your identity verification early — before you need to withdraw. Accounts with verified CNIC details on file process withdrawals significantly faster than unverified accounts.
BJ77 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional rewards to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to individual terms that are displayed on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be bet before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus value). The wagering requirement and contributing game types are specified on each individual offer.
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. BJ77 does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

PSL bonus offers are available exclusively to accounts that have completed registration and verification before the promotion start date.
Members enrolled in the BJ77 VIP programme earn loyalty points on qualifying PKR wagers. Points accumulation rates and redemption values are set out in the VIP section of the Platform. BJ77 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, point values and reward structures with reasonable advance notice to affected members.
BJ77 is committed to providing fair and transparent gaming outcomes. Slot games and live casino titles offered on the Platform use certified random number generators or live dealer procedures from established game providers. BJ77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

BJ77 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were published in error or where an obvious pricing mistake occurred.
BJ77 prohibits any form of irregular, fraudulent or manipulative play. This includes exploiting software errors or glitches, using automated betting software or bots, collusion between players in live casino games, and match-fixing or insider information on sports markets. Any winnings generated through irregular play will be voided and the account suspended.
In the event of a platform or game technical failure that affects an active session, BJ77 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its pre-failure state. If this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. BJ77 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your end.
Cricket bets placed on BJ77 during PSL and other major Pakistan cricket events are subject to the sportsbook rules available on the Platform. In-play bets are final once accepted. Check the current match rules before placing live bets during tense last-over finishes.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BJ77 username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify BJ77 customer support immediately so that appropriate steps can be taken to secure it.

BJ77 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose. BJ77's total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
